We focus our attention on him, the one who makes sacrifices successful, by following the path of Rta (cosmic order) with sincere devotion and offerings. When we bring him offerings, he becomes like a vital force for us, and he never weakens. He is the divine being whom Matarishvan brought to Manu from afar, this god from a distant place.
This stanza invokes Agni, the facilitator of sacrifices, emphasizing our desire to make him attentive through worship and offerings. Agni is presented as a divine being who sustains us, never weakening, and was brought to humanity by Matarishvan from a distant realm. The verse highlights the connection between humans, Agni, and the cosmic order (Rta).

They have chosen him, who encompasses all life and knowledge, the worshipful, wise priest. The gods themselves, seeking abundance, praise this delightful one with hymns.
This concluding verse describes the fervent invocation of Agni, the divine priest who bestows wealth. He is praised as the most perceptive, swift, and beloved messenger, carrying offerings to the gods. Agni is further characterized as embodying all life and knowledge, a worshipful and wise sage whom the gods themselves honor with hymns to secure prosperity.
