These skilled artisans crafted a perfectly balanced chariot, and they fashioned the horses that pull it, making them strong and powerful. The Ribhus also renewed their parents' youth and created a mother for the calf. It's all about their amazing ability to make and renew things!

They are depicted as creating a perfectly balanced chariot, as well as the swift horses that pull it, making them strong and capable. Ribhus, please create for our worship: skill, wisdom, and nourishing food for a thriving family. We want to live well, with our community united and strong, filled with divine energy!
In this verse, the speaker requests the divine Ribhus to craft something beneficial for their ritual (Yajna). They ask for skill, wisdom, sustenance, and a family with good progeny. The goal is to be able to live prosperously with a strong, unified community, endowed with divine power.

This verse expresses a desire for divine assistance in achieving prosperity, especially in the context of effort and battle.
